Installation of gas- and steam turbines including auxiliary equipment. 

We take care of the mechanical and electrical installation of the complete installation including the placement of the main components, alignment of machine train,  installation of related construction steel, wiring and connecting the electrical system. 

Inspection and revision of industrial gas- and steam turbines according to OEM specifications. 

For example visual inspection of fuel injectors, turbine blades, couplings and gears/transmissions, related systems, electrical generator and replacement/reconditioning of CT blades, PT blades, guide vanes or combustion chamber.

Inspection and alignment of rotating equipment, both analogue and digital, including reporting.

We have laser alignment equipment with which we can measure horizontal, vertical alignment, but also check the machine train, softfoots etc. All our mechanics are trained to operate this equipment.

Torquing and tensioning can be performed with hand or hydraulic tools.

We have various tools such as hand torque wrenches up to 1400 Nm, hydraulic torque wrenches up to 4200 Nm. All our mechanics are trained to use this equipment.

Overhaul of rotating equipment at your location or in our workshop. We have various tool containers, for example, set up for a specific machine but also for general use, for example compressors or steam turbines.

In our workshop we also have good facilities, a heated and clean environment with 20T lifting capacity.

We work on all kinds of ‘balance of plant’. We install CO2 extinguishing systems, 48V battery systems for emergency operation, black start diesel generators, pumps, heat exchangers and much more.

In the event of a emergency, our experienced employees can often provide assistance at short notice.
